Guardian- Eclipse Scroll

One of the legendary Guardians that appeared in the world alongside the six Sacred Relics. It is said that obtaining either one grants dominion over the world. Unlike the Sacred Relics, the Guardian represents protection, counteracting and neutralizing the effects brought by the Relics, thus restoring balance to all things.

Right-click to use and gain the Eclipse Scroll BUFF effect.
During the effect:
Maximum damage dealt increases by 10%
Main weapon damage increases by 15%
Damage received from all attributes decreases by 15%
When attacking, you are guaranteed to gain the "Transcendence" state, increasing accuracy by 20% for 10 seconds. Can be triggered once every 30 seconds.
When attacking, there is a 10% chance to gain the "Night Falls" state, increasing damage dealt to Light attribute targets by 15%, critical damage by 15%, and overall damage by 10% for 10 seconds. Can be triggered once every 20 seconds.
When casting a skill, you and nearby allies are guaranteed to gain the "Radiance" state, increasing movement speed by 20% for 10 seconds. Can be triggered once every 20 seconds.
When receiving an attack, there is a 20% chance to inflict the "Eclipse" state on the target, reducing Light attribute skill penetration by 15%, Light attribute skill damage and critical rate by 25%, and movement speed by 10% for 10 seconds.

BUFF duration: 1 hour.
Cooldown: 1 hour.
Effect cannot coexist with "New Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain" or "Sacred Relic".
Only one "Guardian" effect can be active at a time.
