Guardian- Frostless Glaze

One of the Guardians that appeared with the six Relics. It is said that possessing either grants dominion over the world. Unlike Relics, Guardians resist and balance the effects of Relics.

Right-click to use and gain the Frostless Glaze BUFF effect.
During the effect:
DMG cap +10%
Main Weapon DMG +15%
DMG taken from all Attributes -15%
On attack, always gain Ice Sword status: ACC +20% for 10s, triggers once every 30s.
On attack, 10% chance to gain Jade Frost Transformation status: DMG to Frost targets +15%, CRIT DMG +15%, DMG +10% for 10s, triggers once every 20s.
On skill use, self and nearby allies always gain Snow Immortal status: MOVE SPD +20% for 10s, triggers once every 20s.
When attacked, 20% chance to inflict Melting Snow on target: Frost skill Penetration -15%, Frost skill CRIT rate & DMG -25%, MOVE SPD -10% for 10s.

BUFF duration: 1 hour.
Cooldown: 1 hour.
Effect cannot coexist with New Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain or Relic.
Only one Guardian effect can exist at a time.
