One of the six legendary relics, the most wicked fan that summons endless Netherworld flames. Its fire can swallow all and ignite the stars.

On attack, 10% chance to gain "Divine Flame Piercing" status: Flame Attribute skill penetration +15%, Flame Attribute Skill DMG & CRIT chance +25%, DMG +10% for 10s, triggers every 20s.
When casting skills, self and nearby allies always gain "Swiftwind Divine Step" status: MOVE SPD +20% for 10s, triggers every 20s.
When attacked, 20% chance to inflict "Mistflower View" on target: ACC -20%, takes +10% Flame Attribute DMG for 10s.

BUFF duration: 1 hour.
Cooldown: 1 hour.
Effect cannot coexist with "New Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain" or "Guardian".
Only one "Relic" effect can exist at a time.
