A new power breakthrough device invented by the Card Research Institution. It can breakthrough 7-9 level cards to randomly enhance DMG or HP.
After activating the card breakthrough interface, right-click to enter it into the Breakthrough Tool Slot. Press button to confirm. Consumes one device with each usage, and has a chance to break through the card's ability. |
