With this item you can save the appearances of orange mounts from the Item Mall shop as well as upgrade them. The mount will become bound.
Visit NPC: Manny Stepton and select "Upgrade Mounts" to open the interface. Can only upgrade Item Mall mounts. Upgraded mounts will obtain random abilities. Upgraded mounts will be elevated to rare quality. If you use non-tradable and/or bound mounts and/or materials, the subsequent upgraded rare quality mount will be bound. |
