Mount Upgrade Stone

With this item you can save the appearances of orange mounts from the Item Mall shop as well as upgrade them.

Visit NPC: Manny Stepton and select "Upgrade Mounts" to open the interface.

Upgraded mounts will obtain random abilities.
Upgraded mounts will be elevated to rare quality.
If you use non-tradable and/or bound mounts and/or materials, the subsequent upgraded rare quality mount will be bound.
