Electroshock Jelly Bird Summoning Jade

A Summoning Jade that can transform you into a monster. It will take a while to cool down after use.

When the Shock Jelly Bird has absorbed enough power, it will become a battery creature with electricity around it.
Properties: Lightning.
Electric Field: Deals 60% DMG to enemies within 10 meters and grants Lightning Blessing for 10 secs to allies within 10 meters.
Lightning Shackle: Deals 80% DMG to enemies within 10 meters, and inflicts 20 secs of Electric Shock. If you have the Lightning Blessing status, your target will receive Burn and Imbalance for 20 secs.

Lightning Blessing: Lightning DMG +20%
Electric Shock: DMG taken from Lightning or Ice DMG +20%.
Burn: 30% of Received ATK DMG per sec., received Storm DMG +20%, and received Flame DMG taken -10%.
Imbalance: Unable to use items.
