Using it will reshuffle the DMG and HP of Gaia Emblems.
There is a chance to gain 1-2 job abilities or a chance of failure, which will clear all job abilities upon failure.
Using it will bind the Gaia Emblems.

After using it, Gaia Emblems have a chance to gain the following abilities, with a maximum of two abilities.
Skills with the same DMG Bonus% cannot coexist.
