Lucky Card Breakthrough Improvement Device DMG undefined

A new power breakthrough improvement device invented by the Card Research Institution. It can breakthrough a card and enhances DMG by at least 5x.
After activating the card breakthrough interface, right-click to enter it into the Breakthrough Tool Slot. Press button to confirm.
The same enhancement might be given after improvement.
Only useful for cards with breakthrough classes.
